Salesforce Account Manager

What will be your key responsibilities:

Actum is a digital consultancy working with customers across the globe on Websites, AI, CRM, ERP, and modern digital platforms. We help ambitious organizations design, build, and scale meaningful digital experiences through deep technical expertise and a collaborative, human-centered approach.

As a Salesforce Summit Partner, Actum works closely with Salesforce on complex, multi-cloud transformation programs across Europe and the USA. Our growth is strongly driven by a Salesforce partnership and Salesforce ecosystem, where trust, relationships, and collaboration matter as much as commercial outcomes.

We are looking for a Salesforce Account Manager who wants real ownership: owning the Salesforce alliance, growing pipeline through partnership, and acting as the commercial bridge between Salesforce, our clients, and Actum’s delivery teams. You will play a key role in scaling Actum’s Salesforce footprint and long-term customer relationships. Covering identification of new growth potential, supported by early-stage opportunity development and close collaboration with delivery teams on existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously strengthen the Salesforce partner relationship:

       o Alliance and ecosystem management

       o Building trust and visibility within Salesforce teams

• Manage, grow, and qualify a pipeline driven sales approach

• Act as a trusted interface between Salesforce, the client, and Actum

• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to:

       o Structure opportunities into feasible projects

       o Engage on upsell/cross-sell and stakeholder management

• Run early-stage discovery and guide opportunities from first contact to clear next steps

• Ensure long-term account care, stakeholder management, and relationship continuity

• Contribute to commercial soundness by ensuring opportunities are well-positioned for successful delivery

What experience should you have:

• Proven experience in a Salesforce-related commercial role (consulting, partner, or ecosystem environment)

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and business processes

• Existing network and relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem (must-have)

• Comfortable operating as a connector between sales, delivery, and Salesforce teams

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluent English

• Czech and/or German is a plus

• Based in the Czech Republic
