As a Salesforce Summit Partner, Actum works closely with Salesforce on complex, multi-cloud transformation programs across Europe and the USA. We are looking for a Salesforce Account Manager who wants real ownership: owning the Salesforce alliance, growing pipeline through partnership, and acting as the commercial bridge between Salesforce, our clients, and Actum’s delivery teams. You will play a key role in scaling Actum’s Salesforce footprint and long-term customer relationships. Covering identification of new growth potential, supported by early-stage opportunity development and close collaboration with delivery teams on existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and continuously strengthen the Salesforce partner relationship:
o Alliance and ecosystem management
o Building trust and visibility within Salesforce teams
• Manage, grow, and qualify a pipeline driven sales approach
• Act as a trusted interface between Salesforce, the client, and Actum
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to:
o Structure opportunities into feasible projects
o Engage on upsell/cross-sell and stakeholder management
• Run early-stage discovery and guide opportunities from first contact to clear next steps
• Ensure long-term account care, stakeholder management, and relationship continuity
• Contribute to commercial soundness by ensuring opportunities are well-positioned for successful delivery
