Salesforce specialist

The Salesforce Specialist is responsible for end-to-end delivery of customized solutions, supporting users, and working with business teams to assess automation needs and improve processes. You will help design, implement, and maintain Salesforce features and functionality while collaborating with stakeholders to introduce new features and increase usability.

• Min 1 year’s work experience in Sales Cloud (both operations and development).
• Relevant university degree OR finished high-school (maturita exam) with 6+ years of relevant working experience.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL); ability to check code and identify issues.
• Demonstrable experience in gathering and analyzing user , and delivering solutions to customers.
• Strong customer focus and proactive behavior for problem resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with excellent communication skills and a structured approach.
• Advantageous: Experience with Community Cloud, CRM analytics, DocuSign, and knowledge of programming languages like HTML and XML.
• Background in retail/manufacturing industries and OtC processes.
