SAP EWM Warehousing Lead (A1048)

In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP EWM implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. You will lead workshops with business stakeholders, translate operational requirements into SAP solutions, and design future-state warehouse processes aligned with best practices. You will also oversee system testing, UAT, and validation activities while ensuring smooth integration between business and technical teams. Additionally, you will lead a mixed team of IBM consultants and client resources, driving delivery in line with project objectives and governance standards.

• 10+ years of warehouse operations and management experience
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP WM/EWM experience (consulting or operational)
• Strong knowledge of both SAP EWM and SAP WM
• Experience leading SAP full-cycle implementations (minimum 2 projects)
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience (3+ years)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment (preferred)
• Experience in defence, military, or government organizations (preferred)
• Strong capability in business process analysis and warehouse optimization
• SAP WM/EWM certification (strong advantage)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (advantage)

• Experience connecting warehouse operations with local hardware systems (advantage)
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in structured, high-compliance environments
• Mandatory: EU/NATO country citizenship + valid NATO passport
