SAP HR konzultant - Time & Attendance

Our client, an international company in the manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant (Time & Attendance) to support and further develop SAP HR processes, primarily for Czech locations. This role combines system configuration, business consulting, and project involvement.

What will be your key responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the SAP HCM module, with a strong focus on Time & Attendance processes (attendance, absences, working time).

Your main tasks will include ensuring proper implementation and optimization of SAP HCM processes, including adjustments of schemas, creation of calculation rules, and configuration of time-related data structures such as time types and infotypes.

You will perform functional analysis, system configuration (customizing), and testing activities, with an emphasis on standardization and efficiency.

Close collaboration with HR teams will be essential, as you will gather business requirements, propose suitable solutions, and support key users in resolving system-related issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date technical documentation related to your assigned tasks.

Additionally, you will participate in SAP HCM projects, coordinating assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery.

What experience should you have:

  • Completed secondary education, university degree in a technical field is an advantage
  • 3+ years of experience as a SAP Time & Attendance Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HR module, including configuration and customizing
  • Experience with Time & Attendance processes (attendance, absences, working time)
  • Experience with schemas, calculation rules, time types, and infotypes related to time data processing
  • Ability to perform functional analysis, system configuration, and testing
  • Experience with supporting key users and resolving system issues
  • Experience in consulting with HR teams and translating business requirements into solutions
  • Experience with technical documentation maintenance
  • Experience with SAP HCM project participation and coordination of tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective time management
  • Responsibility, independence, and team-oriented approach
  • Czech (min. B2) and English (min. B2) – both required
