SAP Integration Manager (A959)

• Define and manage the end-to-end integration approach for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Ensure that integration designs align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and business goals
• Establish and enforce integration standards, templates, and best practices
• Act as the main coordination point between SAP functional teams, developers, enterprise architects, and non-SAP solution owners
• Ensure readiness for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Oversee multiple integration workstreams within large-scale transformation programs
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve integration-related issues
• Review and approve high-level and detailed integration designs and functional specifications
• Recommend the most suitable integration technologies and patterns for SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations
• Ensure optimal use of middleware platforms such as SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or TIBCO Business Works
• Guarantee quality, performance, and security compliance across all integration deliverables

Technical and professional experience:

• Strong background in SAP integration architecture and interface design
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations (as developer, designer, or solution architect)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows between SAP and external systems
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional integration teams, vendors, and partners
• Ability to assess and validate technical designs without hands-on development

Nice to have:

• Experience with TIBCO Business Works, Apache Camel, or other integration/middleware tools
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP PI/PO and/or SAP Integration Suite (CPI) on SAP BTP
• Background in the telecommunications sector (CRM, billing, recharging, mediation)
• Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and cloud integrations
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
