Scrum Master - Bratislava region

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for a long term project. The position is available ASAP. We are seeking a professional at the medior/senior level who can actively communicate in English at level B2. The project is for a prominent Slovak Telco provider, and the recruitment process includes personal interviews directly with the company.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to integrate and reinforce Agile methodologies.
Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress and delivery.
Assist the team in addressing any issues or risks that could impact sprint completion, from resolving internal conflicts to coordinating with stakeholders for smooth delivery.
Implement and customize the Software Development Lifecycle with input from the team, IT Ops, and Product Owner to ensure a manageable workflow distribution.
Facilitate Agile events, ensuring their effectiveness and guiding the team in adhering to Agile values and principles.
Monitor team progress during sprints, enabling tracking through dashboards and maintaining relevant metrics.
Foster the team's self-organization, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Shield the team from external disruptions, allowing them to focus on sprint tasks.
Encourage and support team members in assuming responsibility for decisions.
Promote a culture of constructive feedback based on Agile values, providing input for continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement changes to increase effectiveness.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among the team, Product Owner, tribe leader, and Agile coach, ensuring common goals are achieved.
Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
Coordinate between IT Ops, Product Owner, and the team to ensure timely delivery.
