Senior Automation Developer

• Controls process, inspects and manages the day to day running of Automations in the live environment
• Bug fixing and change request implementation
• Analysis of customer requirements and design of tailor-made automation solution
• Autonomous End2End delivery covering complete lifecycle of an automation
• Apply our automation solution portfolio (e.g. Blue Prism / ABBYY / ChatGPT)
• Maintain and improve development and operation standards
• Perform quality control of developed automations
• Active steering of maintenance and operations of existing automations and infrastructure
• Participate on R&D for automation solutions like ML/AI
• Close contact to IT partner and to business side
• Realisation of process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality.
• Application and license management

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Experience:

• 3+ years of programming experience, e.g. in Visual Basic .Net, C#, Python – mandatory
• Experience with automation and digital solutions like Blue Prism, DocuSign, ABBYY Flexicapture – highly beneficial
• SAP – knowledge about database/data fields/tables/report creations – beneficial
• Experience with complex international solution delivery - beneficial
• Experience in the business processes and operations of a finance SSC – beneficial
• Consulting for internal or external customer
• Education: University degree

Language knowledge:

• English (fluent) - mandatory
• German – beneficial
