Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business initiatives forward. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translating their business needs into comprehensive requirements and actionable insights. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying trends, conducting thorough market research, and analyzing data to provide strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting business processes, defining project scopes, and ensuring that projects align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Analyze data to provide valuable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Document and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior business analysts as required.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to work remotely and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the capacity to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, conducting market research, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in US Eastern time zone.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
• Must have a valid tax ID and be able to create invoices
