Senior Business Analyst with German

• Act as the bridge between business users and data teams, translating business needs into technical requirements for analysts and data scientists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, understand, and document business processes and requirements.
• Coordinate complex requirements and clarify needs for current interfaces, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and design business requirements holistically, including proper documentation and adherence to standards.
• Support report and presentation development to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and track process improvements.
• Drive value realization by identifying and delivering tangible business benefits.
• Manage projects and use case delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare documentation for workers’ council review and approval.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, including required approvals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of compliance processes.
• Support creation and negotiation of implementation offers with customers.
• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Create success stories and promote the benefits of process mining internally and externally.
• Stay up to date on trends and advancements in process mining and related technologies.

• Completed studies ideally in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field
• Fluent in German and English
• Several years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
• Familiar with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Disco, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quick comprehension
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Confident communicator with a strong service mindset
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with a proactive attitude and corporate professionalism

• Experience in data analysis or data mining
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
