What will be your key responsibilities:
- Work on enterprise-level banking BI, data warehouse, and transformation projects using cutting-edge technologies.
- Combine business analysis and data expertise to improve core processes and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
- Analyze current business processes (As-Is reviews) and propose improvements (To-Be).
- Collect and analyze process and operational data to inform system and process enhancements.
- Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing both to technical data solutions and strategic business insights.
- Participate in international projects across Central and South-Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, and beyond).

What experience should you have:
Must-have:
- Proven hands-on experience in data and business analysis, data profiling, and SQL
- Strong data modeling experience and analytical skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial services sector
- Familiarity with metadata tools like PowerDesigner, BI Architect, etc.
- Understanding of process management and business process optimization
- Solid knowledge of information systems
- Fluent English; German language is a big plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
