Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

The Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying operational excellence opportunities and executing process improvements within the ABS function for specific markets.

This role gathers data, conducts detailed process analysis, and participates in identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, and service delivery improvements.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy for ABS, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the framework and roadmap of identifying improvement opportunities and measuring outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed process analysis and identify areas for improvement within shared services operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Execute implementation of industry best practices and benchmark against leading organizations to drive process excellence.
  • Participate in change management initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by stakeholders.
  • Deliver training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the shared services function.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Participate in improvement projects within shared services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with shared services leaders and department heads to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate the benefits of continuous improvement initiatives.

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process improvement, and lean management, preferably within a shared services environment.
  • Proficient level of communication in English
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, Office Suite.
  • Proven expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent change management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
