Senior Cost Advisor

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Performing costing process of cement and other business, estimating costs and identifying business savings
  • Leading a small team (1-2 members)
  • Costing advisory for all stakeholders, conduct market analysis, forecast, budgets and/or profitability across our business
  • Preparation of financial reports or analysis (based on exported data from SAP) and other tools such as PBI.
  • Managing of all the month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Communication in English/French language on a daily basis
  • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics and Business studies / Administration / Finance / Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years experience in costing, controlling or similar, experience in shared service centers is advantageous
  • Prior leadership experience (small team, 1-2 years)
  • SAP experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced or Native English + French (min B2 level)- Flexibility during month end closing period (3 last days of the month and 5 first days)
  • Analytical, critical thinking, customer service, time management and flexibility skills
