Department Overview

The DACH marketing department is primarily responsible for growing the business: Via executing our marketing strategy based on understanding local customer needs, planning and executing campaigns and activations in order to grow the customer base, to excite and engage customers, and ultimately to plan and generate demand for our services Knurspr in DE and Gurkerl in AT in each city we operate in. The department consists of a local team of campaign managers, growth hackers, CRM specialists, designers, trade and demand planners based in our Munich and Vienna offices, and works closely with a Prague-based central Marketing Hub of CRM, design, campaign and performance experts.
What we expect from you
- Develop and implement strategic CRM campaigns and processes, focusing on email, push, and SMS channels for the DACH region
- Implement the CRM strategy through the design and implementation of automations along the customer lifecycle
- Enhance and optimise CRM campaigns using A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation to improve performance
- Manage and advance our CRM system, ensuring its alignment with our marketing objectives.
- Oversee daily demand generation through CRM initiatives
- Identify and tap into new customer segments and potentials
- Analyse data from various sources, including CRM, web analytics, and business intelligence, to optimise ROI
- Collaborate closely with the entire marketing team and other internal stakeholders, such as Category Management, Operations, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence
- Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders regarding CRM activities within the DACH organisation
- Work closely and maintain regular communication with the CRM Group-Hub
- Lead and mentor trainees, working students, or junior managers within the CRM department

- Improvement in customer engagement metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates)

Whom we look for Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM marketing.
Initial experience in team leadership.
Excellent command of German and proficiency in English.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
Independent, goal-oriented, and organised work style.
High adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
