Senior HR Consultant

We are in search of an imaginative Senior HR Consultant to spearhead the reconstruction of our sister company in Germany from the ground up. What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategy for growth, engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Define roles, lead recruitment, and establish effective onboarding processes.
  • Performance Management: Implement goal-oriented feedback systems and career development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Establish communication channels, address concerns impartially, and manage conflicts.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive pay structures and align benefits with employee needs.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Integrate DEI principles across HR initiatives for an inclusive workforce.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Establish key metrics and use data for continual HR improvement.
  • Culture and Engagement: Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Team Building: Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team.

What experience should you have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in HR & Administration management roles, including change management, labor law expertise, and personnel administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with departments and partners.
  • Extensive industry network.
  • Proficiency in systematic problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Skill in working within cross-cultural environments.
  • Effective communication in English and German.

Please note that this position requires an onsite presence in Essen, Germany.
