Senior Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Partner, who is an international, food industrial company. You are being responsible for strategic accounts, your mission will be to foster sales growth across key clients. What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships across their relevant functions to raise awareness of our Partner's brands and drive engagement in strategies.
  • Maximizing sales volume, value and profit in order to fulfill the company's strategic sales plans.
  • Regular meetings with customers focused on  portfolio optimization,
  • Participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans of KAM partners in cooperation with the Commercial Director (portfolio, promotions, marketing support etc.),
  • Proactive review and management of internal pricing process & customer promotional submissions,
  • Effective portfolio creation and continuous updating,
  • Preparation and negotiation of contracts,
  • Effective communication with the departments
  • Monitoring and reporting Competitor activity,
  • Forecasting

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economy or relevant field
  • 7 years experience  in FMCG sector (food area), like a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, or Sales  Specialist,
  • We would like a strategic, analytical thinker,
  • You are a good planner & organizer,
  • You have  excellent communication & presentation skills, 
  • You are  a result orientation personality with problem-solving skills.
