Senior/Lead Java Developers

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java Spring Boot
• Work on B2B solutions for our business customers
• Build systems that break down product orders into service orders
• Integrate cloud-based platforms like WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• Support migration from monolithic systems to microservices
• Write clean, testable code and automated tests
• Design APIs, data models, and cloud-native services
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Scrum team based
• Follow DevOps principles — you build it, you run it
• Participate in planning, demos, and retrospectives (hybrid setup)
• Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Maintain and document systems and processes
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers

Technical Skills

• Senior 5+ years/ Lead 7+ years in application development
• Expert in Java Spring Boot

Experience with:

• MapStruct, Lombok, Liquibase, WireMock
• GIT, Maven, Gradle, UML
• SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, FireStore)
• REST API, OpenAPI (OAS), message-based communication
• Cloud platforms: AWS or GCP
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
• Agile/SCRUM practices and tools (e.g. Jira)
