Ownership & independence – takes initiative, makes decisions, and isn’t afraid to push back when necessary.
Strong communicator & Leader - able to work with non-legal teams, negotiate with clients, develop colleagues and manage business and sales pressure.
Organized & Problem Solver - manages mulƟple contracts, keeps things structured and improves processes rather than just reacƟng to problems.
Explorer and Self starter- comfortable working with different jurisdicƟons, dealing with corporate structuring and navigatipng international contracts.
Curious & Adaptable - eager to learn, grow and be challenged in a dynamic environment.
Legal education – Czech Law, previous experience with other jurisdictions – strong advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment or working with corporate clients.
Language skills – ENG fluent, DE - strong advantage
