Senior Management Consultant - IT (Banking Focus)

As part of our strategic expansion, we are establishing a new entity in Austria and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Management Consultant to drive our growth in the region.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in establishing and growing Greyson's presence in the Austrian market. You will leverage your deep IT and Banking/Insurance delivery expertise to advise clients on complex technology challenges, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and expanding our client network within Austria.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading Austrian banks and Insurance companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your broad existing network and proactively developing new relationships.
- Lead and execute IT consulting engagements for banking, financial services clients, and Insurance focusing on areas such as:
o Digital Transformation
o Core Platform Migrations & Modernization
o Data Management & Analytics - Contribute to the development of thought leadership and marketing materials to promote Greyson's brand and expertise in the Austrian market.
- Collaborate with Greyson's global team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants.
What experience should you have:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting/IT Delivery, with a focus on the banking and/or insurance.
- Deep understanding of banking, insurance & IT processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid background in the IT industry (software development, project delivery management, or IT architecture), preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivered IT projects and achieving client objectives.
- Established network of contacts within the Austrian banking and insurance sector. We also welcome valuable network contacts from other industries (telecom, healthcare, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- You’re results-driven, up to date with market trends and competition, and ready to take on major challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Experience in business development and client acquisition is highly desirable.
