Senior Process Manager Billing Service Processes

We are expanding our Customer Finance with a new team - Billing, and you can be there from the beginning.

We are seeking a Process and Quality Manager to join our team, responsible for billing processes, their quality, optimization, and efficiency.

You will become part of the German team, with colleagues in Kosice and Bonn, so your language skills will be valuable for daily collaboration. We will provide you with comprehensive training and the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the continuous optimization and redesign of customer service processes, as well as their implementation in the organization and systems.
  • Coordinate the processes and requirements with interfaces to finance and service. Document and control these processes and provide support for inquiries and systems.
  • Cooperate with operational teams on process and quality analysis and identification of efficiencies for our business.
  • Creation and collaboration of work instructions and documentation for Customer Service Units.
  • Participate in the development of strategies for Customer Finance Billing Service Processes.
  • Collaboration or management of projects related to our business.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).


What experience should you have:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
  • Flexibility in traveling to Germany or other European countries
  • 1-2 years background in customer service or finance preferred.
  • Knowing billing processes is a plus.
  • Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and finance.
  • User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
  • Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • High self-motivation, as well as pronounced responsibility for the field of activity
  • Detail oriented problem solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management
  • Analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand end-to-end process
  • Independent and comprehensive thinking
