Senior Process Manager for Credit Risk and Fraud management

We are looking for a Process Manager for Credit Risk and Fraud-related Business Processes to join our team and play a key role in managing and continuously improving business processes.

Fluency in English is essential, while German is a plus. Experience with data visualization, data modelling and SQL is highly welcome.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Process Ownership and Improvement: Manage, document and continuously improve end-to-end processes in the Credit Risk & Fraud environment as an interface towards different IT team in an agile structure.
  • Business–IT Interface: Translate business requirements into clear process designs, user stories and IT demands, and coordinate implementation across the software development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate teams & stakeholders: Work closely with IT, Credit Risk & Fraud Management, Collection Management, Commercials and Legal/Compliance to align priorities, responsibilities, timelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Steer IT-supported processes and related system capabilities: Coordinate and govern IT-supported processes for identity resolution, fraud prevention, and customer relationship matching across our segments.
  • Process Performance and Governance: Define and monitor process KPIs, identify risks and bottlenecks, ensure transparent documentation and support decision-making through structured reporting and process insights.
  • Change and Delivery Coordination: Maintain and prioritize process-related backlogs, support refinement and testing, coordinate releases and ensure smooth handover into operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate workshops, map current and target processes, track agreed actions and promote transparency, inspection and adaptation in agile delivery settings. 

What experience should you have:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Process Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in process management, IT coordination, risk management or a comparable area.
  • Business Process Management: Hands-on experience in end-to-end process design, modelling, documentation, requirements management, governance, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement. Experience with Credit Risk & Fraud Prevention is a strong advantage, ideally within eCommerce, telecommunications or financial services.
  • IT & Data Affinity: Good understanding of IT systems, software development processes and databases, with the ability to coordinate business requirements from analysis through implementation, testing and operational handover. Experience with SQL, APIs, workflow tools or M365 is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to structure complex topics, identify root causes, dependencies, risks and bottlenecks, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions using data and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Experience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders, facilitating alignment and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Familiarity with agile frameworks, backlog management, user stories, refinement and iterative delivery.
  • Organization & Ownership: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Languages: Advanced English (C1; no certificate required). German at B2 level is an advantage, with willingness to further improve.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with process KPIs, risk controls, workflow tools, automation and relevant regulatory requirements.

My Days: Entitlement to one or more paid leave days without the need to provide a medical certificate. Additional paid leave is provided to parents of first-grade schoolchildren on their child’s first school day.*

Relocation Bonus: Employees relocating from another country to Slovakia based on an employment contract with DTSE Slovakia are eligible for a EUR 1,500 relocation allowance, paid during the first three months of employment (EUR 500 per month).
