Senior Process Quality Manager as Epic Owner

• Cooperate with operational teams on process analysis to implement new features as business epic owner / project manager
• Analyse operating data and statistics to identify best actions, develop action plans, and drive the project / implement the Epics including monitoring of the delivery to ensure quality of the delivery
• Implementation and monitoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assure that the implementation is in time, quality and budget
• Create and cooperate on driving different epics / projects as business epic owner for billing
• Participate in the development of billing, presentment and channel strategies for Customer Finance across the group
• Development and preparation of decision documents for the management
• Take responsibility for the content of all delivery items over the entire project duration of various projects in the billing process, or in cooperation with IT for system environments

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

• 2-3 years of experience as business epic owner / project manager
• Good understanding of billing, with economic and finance background
• User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Ability to understand Order-to-Cash end-to-end process (Billing, Payment, Collection & Dunning)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Full lifecycle project management
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end process
• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management
