Senior Product Manager

Eleveo has been helping contact centers get the best out of their people for more than 20 years. From our headquarters in Prague, with offices in Slovakia and the USA, we build an AI-fueled Workforce Optimization suite – workforce management, quality management, call and screen recording, conversation analytics and compliance – used by organizations ranging from small teams to some of the world’s largest companies, and deployed on-premise, in the cloud or as a hybrid. We are a product company with a small-company culture: teams own what they build, talk to customers directly, and get real time and budget to keep learning. We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Platform and Shared Services area.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Platform and Shared Services sits at the foundation of everything we build. It covers the capabilities every Eleveo product relies on – identity and access management, SSO, multi-tenancy, public APIs and integrations, and the shared data and reporting foundations our analytics and insights are built on – together with the infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and reliability work that gets all of it into production and keeps it there.

You will work with cross-functional, self-organizing teams of backend, frontend, QA and DevOps engineers who own their components from first idea through to production.

We are adopting AI across both product and engineering, which lands squarely in this area: the platform has to provide the infrastructure, data access and guardrails that AI-driven features depend on, and we want the agentic tooling our own teams use to be a deliberate part of the platform rather than something everyone improvises separately.

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for our Platform and Shared Services area, and keep it aligned with the direction of wider product portfolio.
  • Serve two customer groups in parallel – our internal product teams, who build on top of the platform every day, and our external customers and partners, who provide inputs and on platform capabilities.
  • Own the platform foundations that get our products into production and keep them there – infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and reliability – and treat developer experience and delivery speed as product outcomes with clear owners and targets
  • Own the shared data services and reporting foundations that other products build their analytics and insights on
  • Make cloud cost, security and compliance posture explicit, measurable goals on the roadmap rather than side effects of other work
  • Work with cross-functional development teams to deliver new capabilities & maintain components already in production
  • Stay hands-on – write epics, join the technical discussions, work through the details with engineers – while holding a longer-term view of where the platform needs to be
  • Identify where AI belongs in the platform – the infrastructure, data access and guardrails that AI-driven features across our products depend on, and the agentic tooling that makes our own engineering and product work faster
  • Define and track platform success metrics – adoption of shared services, delivery and reliability indicators, cost efficiency – and use them to decide what to build next
  • Act as a representative for your products and bridge the communication between development team and stakeholders

What experience should you have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a product manager, including work on platform, infrastructure or shared services.
  • A demonstrated track record of being hands-on in delivery and driving long-term product vision at the same time.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Native SaaS architecture – multi-tenancy, APIs, scalability and fault resiliency.
  • Working knowledge of modern DevOps practice – CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability and reliability engineering – and the ability to have a credible conversation with engineers about how the platform is built and run.
  • Familiar with IAM, SSO and API integrations in general.
  • Familiarity with AI in a platform context – a realistic understanding of what AI infrastructure and agentic tooling can and cannot do today, and hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work.
  • Awareness of cloud cost management, security and compliance considerations in a SaaS product.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Pluses: Technical background, experience with workforce management, contact center or other enterprise operations software.

What do you get in return:

  • Creative environment with a strong sense of ownership, living agile.
  • Architecting a solution in a fast-growth industry (high scalability, fault resiliency…)
  • Hybrid home-office policy.
  • Global multinational environment; headquarters in Prague, with offices in Slovakia and the USA.
  • Highly competitive salary.
  • Team events – company breakfasts, team buildings.
  • Budget for training and conferences, internal knowledge share sessions.
  • Focus time – dedicated time for education, experiments, or working on open-source projects.
  • Look at the list of benefits
