Senior Purchasing Specialist with French language

What will be your key responsibilities:

WHAT does this position include?

  • Supplier and Material Master Data Management - processing of incoming requests
  • Managing the flow of Purchase Orders Processing cycle
  • Maintenance of current suppliers database
  • RFQ (Request For Quotation) Support Activities in accordance with applicable policies and in alignment with BU/Commodity
  • Processing of price changes agreement
  • Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations
  • Communication with Divisions, Plants, Commodities Buyers or any related Purchasing Support Activities
  • Liaise with Finance for any issues related to Purchasing Orders
  • Ensure fulfillment of SLAs and KPIs
  • Track performed activities in scope in order to produce relevant metrics and reports
  • Support transition project, active participation in knowledge transfer training session
  • Participate in team calls, meetings, training

What experience should you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
  • Experience in SSC environment is a plus
  • ERP experience is a must (SAP preferred)
  • Advanced in the English and French language
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team player
  • Result-driven person
