Your responsibilities
- Find, and attract the best talents to our projects & internal teams
- You will use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, on LinkedIn, through your own network and on other platforms
- Manage candidates in different stages of the interview process, negotiate offers and close candidates
- Provide an efficient, high-touch, and memorable experience for every candidate and referral
- Partner with Hiring Managers (mainly Project Leads and C-level colleagues) to deeply understand their requirements and guide them through our hiring and onboarding processes
- Participate and be the driving force of our internal HR processes including interview, onboarding, off-boarding etc.
- Build an inclusive and diverse workforce, including participation in activities that contribute to organisational aspirational goals
Preferred experience & approach
- Team player - this team is very unique to me and team fit will play an essential part in decision making. It will mean a lot to me not to disrupt the drive, passion and team playing we maintain for what we do. We have made 180 placements in the last 12 months and without a strong teamwork, this wouldn't be possible.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in hiring for non-tech or IT roles within an agency or as part of an internal team
- Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising leaders on talent/hiring
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques
- AI & digital savvy with passion for continuous improvement and learning
- Experience in relationship management with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers
- Passion for advancing the workforce as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion of the organisations, partners, and all stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is an absolute must
