Senior SAP BW Support - Praha - Hybrid

What will be your key responsibilities:

Monitor the SAP BW system for performance issues
Perform regular system maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation
Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads
Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Assist users with BW-related issues and queries
Respond to and resolve incidents related to the BW system
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions
Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions
Work closely with other IT teams, such as Basis, ABAP, and business analysts
