Senior ServiceNow Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible for:

• Analysing and designing ServiceNow system architecture in global environment (functions, processes, systems, engineering, technical tools/processes, HW environment, performance and security)

• Define architecture requirements for Global ServiceNow applications, creating specifications for improving ServiceNow platform

• Coordinating 3rd party providers and internal teams and lead the definition and design of the architecture in projects and programs related to ServiceNow

• To develop communication strategy to the architecture community

• Act as an Expert for development teams regarding performance, tools and standards, application of standard methodologies, creating the documentation,

• To manage small-sized projects (including the delivery, 3rd party liaison)

• About 3 years working experience with ServiceNow (Business Systems Analysis, Architecture)
• SW Engineering and/or Architecture experience + hands-on coding experience (coding in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, etc.)
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM) is an advantage
• Experienced with methodologies - PRINCE2, ITIL
• Business Systems Analysis and/or Business, Data, Technical/Enterprise Architecture
• Very good English knowledge
