Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | 360° Recruitment - Longterm RPO Project

Our client, a prestigious international logistics and warehousing company with a modern headquarters in the heart of Prague, is looking for a proactive and independent Senior RPO Recruiter to join their professional team.

What will be your key responsibilities:

This is a classic 360° recruitment role where you will manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process. You won't just be "filling seats"—you will be a strategic partner to the business.


  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles across Europe.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing consultancy and market insights.
  • Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Process Excellence: Drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met with a highly structured approach.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle (360°) recruitment experience, ideally from an agency or an in-house HR role within an international setting.
  • Industry Background: Proven success in a high-performing environment
  • Independence: A proactive mindset with the ability to take full initiative and ownership of your tasks.
  • Maturity & Communication: High level of personal maturity and the ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English AND Czech/Slovak is a must.
  • Organization: Superior time management and reliability—you are the person who never lets a deadline slip.
