Senior Tech Sales Representative

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are looking for individuals who excel in combining technical expertise with sales acumen. As a Senior Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy. Your focus will be on promoting and selling our EMC compliance solutions, engaging with clients in the electronic product design and development space. With your technical knowledge and industry insight, you will identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships with our key clients. You will also mentor junior sales staff and support the Commercial Director in shaping the strategic direction of the sales department.

Responsibilities

  •  Lead the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities, particularly in electronic product design and development.
  •  Conduct product demonstrations and drive the negotiation and closing of complex sales deals.
  •  Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities.
  •  Mentor junior sales representatives and provide leadership in the absence of the Commercial Director.
  •  Contribute to strategic sales planning and maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system.

Skills and Experience Required

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  •  Extensive experience in technical sales, especially within the software or engineering consulting sectors.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  •  Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software; familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools is a plus.
