Service Lead Workplace Identity and Access

We are a newly created Product Team of 3 skilled professionals, called Workplace Identity and Access. Our main responsibilities are Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory Infrastructure.
The main vision is to secure and automate every identity and access process with a focus on continues service improvement and stability. And more than that, we are involved in a variety of projects of varied sizes, where we are in constant collaboration with colleagues across the world.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do?

You will be acting as a Service Lead for Identity and Access Workplace and be responsible for service quality, security, and health. You will be in close cooperation with a Product Owner, where you will define service strategy, continues improvement and support.
Also, you will be acting as a Senior expert for operational tasks as well as being a first escalation point for the services in scope.

What experience should you have:

You are experienced in:

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Windows Server 2016 /2019 Active Directory (Domain Controllers, NTBackup, Group Policies, Logon Scripts)
  • Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
  • Azure Active Directory, including Premium featues like Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Azure AD Connect
  • DNS services
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)


What is beneficial:

  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBS)
  • Experience with creating SQL queries
  • ITIL process awareness (incident, change and problem management)
