Service Manager

We are part of the KKCG investment group and are one of the leading providers of comprehensive IT services and digital transformation in Europe. We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage projects, ensure timely delivery, and facilitate seamless communication among various stakeholders in a complex IT environment. As a Service Manager, you will advise, lead, and assist responsible officials with project lifecycle management, technical solution design, stakeholder communication, testing, and risk management.

• IT Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including 3 years in IT project management.
• Customs IT Systems: Specialized experience with IT Systems within the context of customs.
• Testing Methodologies: Proven experience with testing methodologies and tools.
• Certifications: Holder of ITIL, PM2, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), or Prince2 certification.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (minimum level C1).
• Education: University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
