Service Technician (m/f) | EN/DE Speaker | Germany

We're looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) in Radio Frequency Technology to join the team of a global tech company headquartered in the USA. You'll be supporting customers in Germany in the Düsseldorf region and working hands-on with cutting-edge RF systems.

We welcome applicants with knowledge of RF technology but also encourage candidates who have education or training in the field of electrical engineering, are manually skilled and motivated for a service technician role involving intensive travel to clients (Monday to Friday, no on-call duty). We will be happy to support you in your further technical development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, repair, and servicing of high-frequency devices and systems

• Technical support and on-site problem solving at the customer's location

• Analysis and implementation of individual customer requirements

• Documentation of service activities

• Ongoing training on products and technologies

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (focus on low voltage systems)

• Experience in technical service or support of electronic devices is a plus

• Fluency in either English or German, and willingness to gradually learn the other language with company support

• Independent, structured working style with strong customer focus

• Valid Class B driving license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations)

• Residence within a 3-hour driving distance from Düsseldorf or willingness to relocate permanently

• Unrestricted access to the German labor market (e.g. EU citizenship or valid work permit)

• Please note: no relocation package or moving expenses will be covered
