We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal ServiceNow Consultant/Developer to join our elite team. In this role, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will leverage your expertise to deliver customized solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and drive measurable value. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class ServiceNow solutions that enable digital transformation and drive business success.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Programming and coordinating with external partners, leading and mentoring junior and medior colleagues
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using various ServiceNow features and tools (Glide, UI Actions, Business Rules, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and architects, to design and implement scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow technologies, trends, and best practices, and share your knowledge and expertise with internal teams and clients.

What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Deep knowledge of software development (JavaScript, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server-side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer) is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels. (in English)
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are highly desirable.
