Skill and People Development Product Manager

Our goal is to make the GHSE HQ segment the best place to develop, grow, and raise the voice of employees.

We are reinventing how people grow at work — using AI, data, and design to turn learning into an adaptive, everyday experience.

As Product Manager for Intelligent Learning Experiences, you will build the next generation of development programs and digital learning products that reach 6,000+ employees each year.

You will translate corporate learning strategies into segment-specific solutions and ensure that Board of Management HQ areas are prepared for future skills, including AI-driven capabilities.

This role combines product strategy, systems thinking, and applied AI to design tools and learning journeys that accelerate performance, engagement and skill development — embedded directly into the flow of work and powered by our enterprise LLM assistant.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for digital and hybrid learning experiences within the GHSE HQ area (6,000 employees).
  • Collaborate closely with Group HR to align with corporate learning solutions and identify synergies.
  • Translate business capability needs into digital learning products that deliver measurable outcomes.


Digital Learning Innovation

Design and deliver AI-powered learning features, such as:

  • personalized learning paths
  • virtual coaches
  • smart simulations

Build scalable learning journeys embedded into employees’ daily workflows.

Product Discovery & User Experience

  • Lead product discovery with users, business units and tech teams to identify real performance and learning needs.
  • Apply user journey design and experience thinking to create intuitive and engaging learning solutions.
  • Translate complex learning ecosystems into simple, effective digital experiences.

Learning Platforms & Programs

Design and promote development journeys and programs, including executive-level development initiatives.

Support the best user experience of the GrowthHub platform (Eightfold) through:

  • learning content ("learning nuggets")
  • platform administration
  • communication campaigns

Data & Impact Measurement

Partner with data and analytics teams to measure impact and ROI across:

  • engagement
  • skill development
  • productivity

Work with HR data, dashboards and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Drive synergies between learning initiatives and broader HR topics such as:

  • corporate culture
  • performance management
  • collaboration and process efficiency
  • talent development
  • succession management
  • employee engagement
  • change management
  • HR digitization

What experience should you have:

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or digital product design
  • 3+ years of experience in learning, skills development, or people development programs
  • Experience working with HR processes, particularly in learning and development

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in data quality and reporting
  • Experience with learning platforms (e.g. Percipio, Eightfold or similar)
  • Deep understanding of user experience, journey design and iterative product development
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities

Technical & Data Literacy

  • Comfortable working with AI technologies, APIs, or conversational interfaces
  • Data-literate with experience in HR analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, data-driven decision making
  • Ability to think in systems and connect multiple digital touchpoints into continuous user experiences
  • Ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive digital flows

Mindset

  • Curious about human learning and performance, but not constrained by traditional L&D models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — build, test, learn and iterate quickly

Languages

  • Business fluent English
  • German is an advantage
