You will translate corporate learning strategies into segment-specific solutions and ensure that Board of Management HQ areas are prepared for future skills, including AI-driven capabilities.
This role combines product strategy, systems thinking, and applied AI to design tools and learning journeys that accelerate performance, engagement and skill development — embedded directly into the flow of work and powered by our enterprise LLM assistant.
