Software Architect and Team Lead

We are looking for a Software Architect and Team Lead to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications using Java & React or .NET & React. This role requires a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, including Java, messaging brokers, ORM, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

As an architect, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, and deployment. Your expertise in DDD design patterns, CQRS, and Clean Architecture will be essential. Additionally, experience with microservices, micro frontends, and strong React skills is expected.

Beyond technical expertise, collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
• Collaborating with other team members to gather and understand requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Developing and maintaining front-end web components using React, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• Designing and developing software using the Java, Hibernate.
• Building and consuming RESTful web services and APIs.
• Writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Continuously improving the software development process and practices.
• Communicating with stakeholders and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve the software and the development process.
