Software tester

• Collaborate within an Agile (Scrum) environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Create and execute test plans for integration between virtual assistants (mailbots, chatbots, voicebots) and other systems
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools to ensure the backend communication is robust and secure
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Document and track bugs in Jira, ensuring issues are reported and fixed in a timely manner
• Collaborate and maintain documentation on Confluence for test cases, results, and procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall system architecture and user experience

• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar
• Understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Jira for bug tracking and Confluence for documentation
• Experience in integration testing with virtual assistants (e.g., chatbots, voicebots, mailbots) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of virtual assistant technologies
• Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Telco domain experience
