Specialist employment law and employee relations - Belgium - Prague

We are looking for an Specialist in Employee and Labor Relations to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. Fluency in German is required.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Respond to employee relations requests from clients, taking responsibility for all assigned tasks, initiatives, and inquiries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
Develop and manage investigation plans, maintaining communication with the case owner, manager, and key stakeholders.
Identify relevant policies and procedures to determine if violations have occurred.
Assist in the development of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and corrective action steps.
Handle requests from the legal team for information gathering in response to legal claims.
Build trusted and credible relationships with clients, supervisors, and team members.
Identify opportunities to improve daily operational processes.
Conduct special projects and related tasks as needed.
Participate in significant workplace events such as planning and implementing restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions at the cluster/country level.

What experience should you have:

Proficiency in English and Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to understand and meet customer needs
Discretion, integrity, and good judgment
Focus on providing high-quality, end-to-end experiences for employees
Quick learning ability for systems and processes
Desire to learn and develop, with enthusiasm for handling important and confidential tasks
