What will be your key responsibilities:
- Manage end to end sourcing and recruitment processes
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Plan and deliver assessment and development centers
- Use a wide range of sourcing tools
- Cooperate in EVP initiatives
- Support managing the talent acquisition budget
What experience should you have:
- You have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (sourcing, interviews, client management, etc.)
- You are familiar with talent mapping, candidate experience, social media recruitment
- You are comfortable managing the hiring process and guiding stakeholders
- You are fluent in Czech or Slovak language and in English
