What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end sourcing and recruitment processes
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Plan and deliver assessment and development centers
  • Use a wide range of sourcing tools
  • Cooperate in EVP initiatives
  • Support managing the talent acquisition budget

What experience should you have:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (sourcing, interviews, client management, etc.)
  • You are familiar with talent mapping, candidate experience, social media recruitment
  • You are comfortable managing the hiring process and guiding stakeholders
  • You are fluent in Czech or Slovak language and in English
