Talent Acquisition Partner

Our Client – The PHOENIX Group – the European leader and the largest pharmaceutical and healthcare provider in Europe. We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about finding the right talents for our growing Shared Service Center (SSC) based in Vilnius and willing to learn and contribute to other HR areas on the local as well as European group level.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Your scope of responsibilities will cover:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle ensuring the best candidate experience;
  • Proactively working on sourcing and attraction, interviewing, offering extension and negotiations, onboarding;
  • Managing relationships with Hiring Managers and other Key Business leaders;
  • Developing creative sourcing and attracting channels as well as ideas on how to accelerate recruitment in order to contribute to the long-term growth of the company;
  • Managing respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies for larger hiring volumes;
  • Representing the company internally and externally at events, being a brand ambassador;
  • Participating in special projects and HR activities such as Internship or Partnership programs with universities, Employer Branding, TA training, Onboarding program enhancement, Exit interviews, and many more;
  • Generating regular updates for the company’s leadership about talent acquisition initiatives, labour market development and trends;
  • Contributing with the necessary reporting on key talent acquisition metrics.

What experience should you have:

You are a great fit for a role if you have:

  • Experience with full cycle recruitment for large Corporate or Shared Service Organisations;
  • Experience in recruiting multiple roles at the same time;
  • Experience in recruiting for service roles: IT, Finance, Customer service and similar;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of sourcing channels and techniques;
  • Excellent English skills;
  • The ability to adapt and respond to waves of change internally and externally;
  • Experience in partnerships with universities, communication on social media and Employer branding activities would be treated as advantages.
