Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a  Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with an accent on creating and implementing sourcing strategies, networking and mapping the best talent there is on the market, on top of managing your main stakeholders. This role will be focused primarily on roles in DE, RO, HU, AT.  

New recruitment ideas are welcomed, while you will act as the employer brand ambassador of Rohlik Group.

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are currently present in 5 countries (CZ, HU, AT, DE, RO) and it is the role of the Recruitment department to support the leadership to build their teams for successful development of the business.

What will you do, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist?

  • You will take full ownership of the recruitment process, covering the headquarters roles in DE, HU, RO, AT and helping with recruitment in CZ if needed
  • While guiding the Hiring Manager and working hand in hand with all the interviewing team
  • You will keep the ATS updated at all times and be involved in weekly reporting 
  • Candidate experience is important for us, hence you will strive to get as close to providing a great journey for our candidates
  • You will manage applicants, direct search, internal talent and referrals
  • And you will enjoy seeing the results of your work when meeting in the office the new colleagues you brought on board


What experience should you have:

What do we expect from you:

  • Previous strong full-cycle recruitment experience (starting from direct sourcing, managing applicants, referrals, crafting JDs, up to extending offers and working with an ATS), both in IT and nonIT roles
  • Ownership and focus on delivery: proven track record in delivering against business demand
  • Excellent stakeholders management, with an accent on acting as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and educate the business in accordance
  • Ability to perform thorough candidate assessment (Culture fit, soft skills, relevant knowledge)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes and methodologies, with knowledge of behavioral interviewing technique
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Language expertise: fluent English; Native Romanian, Hungarian or German are a plus
