Team Lead and Domain Expert for Demand Integration

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader & Domain Expert in area of Commissioning Settlement to combine people leadership with deep functional expertise in Customer Finance and Demand Integration Sales Partner management. In this role, you will lead a team, act as a trusted advisor for complex business and contractual topics and drive operational excellence across the commission settlement landscape for external sales partners.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, talent development and succession planning activities.

• Support knowledge transfer and capability development across the organization.
• Act as the primary escalation point for people-related and operational topics.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Commission Settlement processes and related business areas.
• Coordinate complex requirements across Sales, Commission Settlement, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on contractual, operational, and process-related matters.
• Draft, review, and coordinate legally relevant documents, including sales partner contracts, side agreements, and terms & conditions.
• Support the implementation of new business models, pricing concepts, and commission frameworks.
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and potential risks.
• Identify contractual and operational risks and initiate corrective actions where required.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer, partner, contractual, and operational issues.
• Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and digitalization opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, quality, and compliance initiatives.
• Define and monitor process and quality KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, Legal, Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead or support projects, transformations, and process improvement initiatives.

What experience should you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, IT, or a comparable field.
• Equivalent professional experience combined with strong expertise in contract management, commission settlement, or customer finance may be considered. Experience
• Several years of experience in Commission Settlement, Customer Finance, Order-to-Cash, Contract Management, Process Management, or Shared Services.
• Proven experience in team leadership, people management, or functional leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing complex business requirements.
• Experience with contract-related topics and drafting business or contractual documentation is highly desirable.
• Experience with process improvement, project management, and SAP-based environments.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to draft, review, and coordinate complex business and contractual documents.
• Deep understanding of Commission Settlement, Sales Partner Management, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Extensive experience in coordinating complex tasks involving interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
 • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and quality management principles.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and accountable.
• High degree of ownership, resilience, and continuous improvement mindset.

What do you get in return:

  • Annual Bonus (Variable Pay): In accordance with the employer’s remuneration policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of their annual total cash, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.*  
  • Meal Allowance: Meal contribution of EUR 7.50 per working day, of which EUR 6.50 is paid by the employer, provided in advance via a Ticket Restaurant card or as a financial allowance.

  • Flexible Working Hours: Employees can organize their working day according to their preferences, while respecting the core working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 
  • My Days: Entitlement to one or more paid leave days without the need to provide a medical certificate. Additional paid leave is provided to parents of first-grade schoolchildren on their child’s first school day.* 
  • Employee Referral Bonus: Reward of up to EUR 1,700 for the successful referral of a candidate hired on a permanent employment contract.

  • Relocation Bonus: Employees relocating from another country to Slovakia based on an employment contract with DTSE Slovakia are eligible for a EUR 1,500 relocation allowance, paid during the first three months of employment (EUR 500 per month).
