Team Lead Customer Success - German

Our Client has one of the biggest Healthcare platforms worldwide. Making it easy for patients as well as for Doctors to focus on the relevant things, the people's health. Currently, they are expanding their operations in Germany and therefore our client needs a Team Lead (m/f/d) for the Customer Success team.

Was sind Ihre Verpflichtungen:

  • Leading a team of 6 -10 Customer Success Representatives and implementing and executing customer success strategies
  • Ensuring exceptional SaaS products for new and existing customers in the German market
  • Developing and coaching the team
  • Overseeing the team's performance, tracking progress and results
  • Partnering with the Head of Customer Success and with the local Head of Sales and Head of Product in order to run initiatives for SaaS adoption
  • Analyzing the data of the customer portfolio
  • Cooperating with HR on the hiring process for the Customer Success Team and constructing a culture of delivery and accountability
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of team initiatives

Welche Erfahrung sollten Sie haben:

  • Business fluent (C2) German and preferably fluent (C1) English skills
  • A few years of experience in customer success
  • Affinity for SaaS
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leading skills to influence the team
  • Team leading and performance monitoring experience
  • Hands-on mentality and desire to grow
