Team Leader for Process Management team!

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader who is interested in process optimizations and the technical part of finance processes.
You will work with the senior team and cooperate on international projects.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you main goal is to support your team with ongoing projects and coordinate the workflow. You will cooperate with function Manager, sitting in Germany - who is in charge of various process improvements.

Your job scope will be mostly focused on coaching and development of your team of 15 professionals ( specialists for RPA, Python, VBA, SQL..) and being the first point of contact for the team and function manager.

You will:
  • Support the team spirit and continuous development of knowledge and skills.
  • Cooperate in projects, incl. identifying process optimization, opportunities, and tasks in relevant
fields and drives their implementation
  • Creates clear structure, interfaces, and responsibilities within the team and ensures efficient
communication within the team and outside
  • Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according to agreed
contracts and internal KPI
  • Monitor and review KPIs with customers (performance and quality)
  • Participate in escalation management
  • Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
  • Contribute to financial transparency of the organization
  • Support other projects e.g transitions
  • Participate in ICS controls if needed
  • Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior.
