Tech Lead (A755)

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions
• Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Drive agile processes (Scrum) including sprint planning, retrospectives, and task prioritization
• Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical tasks

Software Development:

• Design and develop systems using Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/Azure SQL)
• Architect and deploy scalable microservices on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) with a focus on high availability
• Oversee REST API design, distributed systems, asynchronous data processing, and caching mechanisms using Redis
• Contribute to front-end development and design with a strong understanding of ReactJS
• Ensure system security and reliability, using tools like Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting
• Perform system integration
• Design and setup Azure-based hosting environments

DevOps & Automation:

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows using GitHub Actions

• Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
• In-depth knowledge of Azure, including AKS, Azure Functions, and other Azure services.
• Experience with designing, developing, and deploying microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Azure SQL)
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including ReactJS
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Scrum and Agile principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
