Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in client workshops to gather and document technical requirements.

• Collaborate in the development and design of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and technology stack.

• Support the implementation of projects, adhering to best practices and company standards.

• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.

• Help troubleshoot and solve technical issues during project delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, particularly in system integration, business, e-commerce, and digital technologies.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

What We Expect:

• Strong foundational knowledge in IT consulting, digital technologies, or software development.

• Experience or familiarity with gathering requirements through workshops and client meetings.

• Basic understanding of different technology stacks and the ability to learn and recommend solutions.

• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.

• Strong communication skills in both Czech and English.

What's Nice to Have:

• Experience with integration platforms.

• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

• Understanding of data integration and analytics platforms.

• Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role or technical consulting.
