Technical Learning and Development Specialist

This role is about innovation, automation, and efficiency—bringing fresh ideas and tech-driven solutions to redefine learning at Rohlik. What will be your key responsibilities:

We’re looking for an Technical L&D Specialist who loves technology, automation, and data. You’ll be the go-to person for making our learning processes more efficient, using AI tools, and turning data into insights that drive better learning experiences. 

  • Tech & AI in learning: Use AI tools and automation to make learning easier, smarter, and more engaging
  • Process improvement: Help standardize and automate learning (and talent) processes so they scale as we grow
  • LMS & learning tools: Manage and improve our learning platforms to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Upskilling & personalization: Use data to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning programs
  • Collaboration: Work with teams across the company to align learning initiatives with business goals
  • Innovation: Stay on top of the latest learning tech trends and bring new ideas to the table
  • Data & Insights: Track and analyze learning data to see what’s working and improve 

What experience should you have:

  • Interest in Learning and Development area
  • Good command of English (B2 at least), knowledge of German is a big plus
  • Self-drive & proactive: You take ownership of tasks, anticipate challenges, and work independently to find solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy problem solver: You’re comfortable with AI, automation, and data tools and eager to apply them in L&D
  • Logical thinker: You have a structured mindset and enjoy finding practical solutions to improve learning processes, even with limited data
  • Process-Oriented: You enjoy creating efficient systems and scaling processes
  • Learning Enthusiast: Passionate about upskilling employees and fostering a data-driven learning culture
  • Collaborator: You communicate well with different teams and make learning initiatives fit business needs
  • Innovator: Curious about emerging learning technologies and not afraid to experiment with new approaches
