Technical Project Lead (A876)

• Lead the full lifecycle of technical delivery from the start through implementation, ensuring all project goals are achieved and aligned with company objectives
• Oversee daily operations, resolve technical challenges promptly, and maintain smooth execution
• Continually adapt project implementation plans to meet evolving requirements and stay responsive to emerging needs
• Work closely with Technology Teams to align and achieve project milestones
• Ensure that every deliverable upholds our high standards of quality and compliance, addressing both technical and regulatory criteria

Required PM skills:

• Strong experience in Agile
• Previous experience in roles such as Technical Lead, or Technical Project Manager
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to lead excellent client and team meetings

• Familiarity with the conceptual elements of AI and tech products generally
• Experience with tech stack:  TypeScript, Python, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, React Native, LLM Ops, AI RAG and MCP Servers, PostgreSQL with pg-vector experience
• with hands-on experience in microservices architecture and working across major cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Extensive experience in designing, planning, and executing end-to-end technical projects, with a keen ability to keep teams aligned with project goals.
• Solid understanding of quality and compliance, with experience delivering work that meets high standards.
• Able to quickly solve technical issues and adjust plans when priorities or requirements change.
• Good at explaining technical ideas clearly to different teams and stakeholders.
• Experience building systems that use Vector Embedding Models, Hybrid Vector Databases, Cross-encoder models, Large Language Models, self-hosted Small Language Models, TTS models and STT models
• Adopts coding best practices for production applications - test driven development, robust error handling and retries with exponential backoff, good user feedback, thorough documentation etc.

Nice to have Dev Technical Skills:

• Rust
• Golang
• Experience with model fine tune training and any other ML experience is always welcomed
• Experience with Grafana, Sentry
• Familiarity with Terraform (at least one person on the team needs this)
