Technical Specialist in Quality Engineering

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing complex system and integration tests in demanding telecommunications environments. You will own the creation and management of test cases and test data, conduct advanced testing in network-related systems, and develop and optimize sophisticated test automation solutions (ideally using tools such as Cucumber and Gherkin).

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure end-to-end quality across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
• Experience in software testing with a focus on network environments
• Experience in the telecommunications sector with demonstrated project success
• Expert-level proficiency in working with Linux systems
• Advanced hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab, Wireshark, Jira
• Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of test methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Practical experience with test automation frameworks, preferably using Cucumber and Gherkin
• Proven track record working in agile development environments and effective collaboration in Scrum or Kanban teams
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with a highly structured, detail-oriented approach
• English language skills, ISTQB certification, and knowledge of Kubernetes are an advantage
