Time Series Data Scientist (AI Focus) in Bratislava

Daily Tasks:

• End-to-end delivery of data science projects (from requirements to production)
• Applying machine learning to deliver business insights for internal clients
• Designing models, training pipelines, and improving processes (Finance, HR, Procurement)
• Developing and deploying solutions in Python
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and explaining results
• Driving innovation in time series and ML use cases

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office (Bratislava or Košice) for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science (time series preferred)
• Strong expertise in time series modelling (forecasting, anomaly detection)
• Advanced Python for ML (clean code, APIs, testing basics)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Proactive, analytical mindset with ability to deliver solutions independently
• Strong communication skills (incl. explaining to business)
• English fluent (German is a plus)
