UX / UI Designer

What we need from a UX/UI Designer:  

• User-centered design: Lead the creation of intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences focusing on multi-platform applications, loyalty programs, and e-commerce systems.  
• Wireframing and prototyping: Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to validate design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and technical constraints.  
• Visual and interaction design: Deliver high-quality visual designs that reflect brand identity and ensure cohesive user experiences across platforms.  
• Design system development: Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.  
• Usability testing: Conduct usability tests, leveraging feedback to refine designs and ensure optimal functionality.  
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical feasibility with design goals.  
• Technical expertise: Use your understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to optimize designs for performance and scalability.  
• Mobile and responsive design: Create designs optimized for mobile platforms, ensuring usability across all screen sizes.  
• Data-driven design: Leverage analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions for complex systems.  

Necessary skills and experiences:  

• Expertise in Figma.
• Proven experience in mobile UX/UI design and responsive design.  
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user flows for complex systems.  
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow).  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.  
• Experience with usability testing methodologies.  
• Minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years specializing in mobile and complex application design.

• Interview with the Hiring Manager/Project Lead.  
• Bootcamp: Spend one day with your potential team to showcase your work and learn about Creative Dock.
