Warranty Claims Administrator with German
I am currently looking for a motivated German speaker to join our client's team as a Warranty Claims Administrator with German.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- daily client support in German, active communication
- validation of warranty claims, identifying suspicious cases
- cooperation with clients to address their issues and help them solve various problems
- communication with dealers to solve discrepancies in breach of warranty agreements
- elimination of unjustified costs in cooperation with dealers
What experience should you have:
- fluent German, good knowledge of English
- communication skills
- basic MS Office knowledge
- ability to prioritize and make decisions
- open-minded approach, good team spirit
