Warranty Claims Administrator with German

I am currently looking for a motivated German speaker to join our client's team as a Warranty Claims Administrator with German.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • daily client support in German, active communication
  • validation of warranty claims, identifying suspicious cases
  • cooperation with clients to address their issues and help them solve various problems
  • communication with dealers to solve discrepancies in breach of warranty agreements
  • elimination of unjustified costs in cooperation with dealers

What experience should you have:

  • fluent German, good knowledge of English
  • communication skills
  • basic MS Office knowledge
  • ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • open-minded approach, good team spirit
